Sconfinati Passaggi - Endless passageways

Sconfinati Passaggi (‘Endless passageways’) is a video installation that conveys the message of coexistence between different cultures within a common space, emphasising the need to respect differences, without any form of fusion or homologation. We are all inhabitants of the same planet, destined to share and live together in harmony. Sconfinati Passaggi represents a passageway, a space between reality and cultures. The variety of graphic elements represents the different facets of humanity with its cultures that coexist peacefully. These elements are presented in different and repeated ways to highlight the mutability of reality, bearing in mind that all diversities are subject to the same dynamics of harmonious coexistence. For the Dugongo designers, authors of the video installation, Artificial Intelligence can convey the representative strength of this concept and in this case it is a means to connect people and break down cultural barriers.

Sconfinati Passaggi, a video installation commissioned and conceived by Dugongo, is projected at The Gate, in Piazza Matteotti.

Dugongo

Dugongo is a communication agency founded in 2015. This creative hub is made up of two complementary parts: the first is more specialized in graphics for the press and for the digital world; the second deals with video content, from production to post-production and visual effects.

Thanks to its high specialization and reliability, Dugongo works with well-known brands distributed in large-scale retail trade, but also loves smaller challenges, to express its creativity to the maximum. Its team is made up of a core of 14 people, which expands to include various professionals and collaborators depending on the projects. “Between us there are no hierarchies or closed roles, each member of the team should be able to put the best of himself into his work. For this reason, we don't worry about limiting our professionalism into high-sounding titles that are so fashionable nowadays. What is important is that the result fully satisfies both us and the customer,” explains the founder, Ettore Frunzio.

“Our production process is flexible, as each request differs from the others, and we adapt accordingly. Each project is unique and requires its own optimal solution. We never offer the same solution to different customers. We are passionate and curious and we constantly keep ourselves updated on the latest developments in the sector, both from a visual and technical point of view,” adds Frunzio. What completes the company profile is the speed in finding immediate and effective solutions in compliance with deadlines, keeping production costs under control thanks to the flexible structure, but without ever sacrificing quality.

Dugongo has created the graphics and logo for Christmas Design and participates in the event with the video installation Sconfinati Passaggi, projected at The Gate, in Piazza Matteotti.
