La Pasqualina’s history as a pastry shop goes back one hundred and eleven years. One hundred and eleven years of taste and selection of the best products make it a historic pastry shop, ice cream shop and café, as well as one of the most popular Italian locales, and the gourmet beacon of the Bergamo Province in terms of eclecticism and quality. The project by Riccardo Schiavi, the fourth generation at the helm of the restaurant, goes far beyond what is on offer and the service, and focuses on the choice of raw materials and the principles of naturalness and sustainability.
