At the centre of Piazza Pontida there is a large illuminated fir tree that embraces under its foliage all the plants of the Christmas tradition: small firs, birches, hollies, hellebores. The public can sit on its branches and have a hot drink or a pastry, immersed in the festive atmosphere among its branches. All around are large illuminated snow crystals. Commissioned by Biif and Botanico, designed by Lucia Nusiner and created by Verde Idea, the Fiocchi di neve installation can be admired in Piazza Pontida.
